What to love about Pine AZ.

Home Sweet Home all year round....you will fall in love with the outside in feeling. You can be upstairs or down and you will feel surrounded by the pines outside. The views are serene with sunshine or occasional storms; the wildlife is captivating and the weather absolutely perfect.

The lot and decks are large enough to accommodate friends and family. The garage and drive can accommodate your outdoor toys and hobbies of any kind.

For those tied to city life, you will be amazed at the azure blue sky and a full night skyline of stars, and aah, the quiet!Pine has several antique stores, a variety of restaurants, one of the largest Quilt Festivals in the US, holiday events, fiddler’s contests and lots more to enjoy.

You are within 15 miles of "town" which include a variety of restaurants, bowling, movies horseback riding, rodeos, sledding, Community College and lots of fishing and hiking areas.

But if you need even more, you are less than two hours from Phoenix, which has anything you could possibly dream of. Did you know residents of Arizona own more water toys than any other state? Yes, there is more then sunshine in Arizona, we also have great big lakes for year round skiing. And if you like a real night life, you are only 5 1/2 hrs. from Las Vegas. Or you can just stay in the Pines of Northern Arizona and travel to the Flagstaff area for snow skiing, fishing and hiking, that also puts you just a short drive away from the Grand Canyon.

Pine weather averages 15+ degrees cooler than Phoenix, and because of the tall pines, it is even more than that in most areas. It has four moderate seasons, with some of the most spectacular summer and fall storms without the humidity. A couple times in the winter you will get a wonderful snowfall, just right for a good fire and book. It may have to be a short book because the snow never stays for too long, it is a favorite event for us old desert dwellers. Sweat shirt and jeans, is the good life, but in Pine you can even add a pair of cowboy boots or hiking boots and your at home

The Pine housing market is predominately second homes, more of a resort type area because of weather and landscape. Great home for telecommuting, retiring, vacationing. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy
